Permanent jewelry is custom-fit jewelry that is micro-welded instead of secured with a clasp, making it ideal for everyday wear without the hassle of taking it on and off.

We offer .925 Sterling Silver and 14K Gold-Fill chains that are hypoallergenic, durable, and designed for everyday wear.

Is permanent jewelry painful?

Not at all. We use the Sunstone Orion welder — an industry leader in precision jewelry welding — and our team is expertly trained in a technique that only touches the metal.

A small protective shield is placed between your skin and the weld to keep you safe during the process.

The weld is quick, safe, and completely painless.

 

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?

Our Sterling Silver and 14K Gold-Fill chains are designed for everyday wear and are hypoallergenic and nickel-safe for sensitive skin.

You can shower, sweat, sleep, and stay active without worry. Sterling Silver may occasionally require gentle cleaning, and we’re happy to provide care guidance

 

What if it breaks or I need to remove it?

To remove your jewelry, simply cut the jump ring with scissors and save your chain.

If you need a size adjustment, or if your chain comes off and you still have the chain, we offer complimentary re-welding within 90 days of purchase.

After 90 days, re-welding is available for a small service fee.

We are not responsible for lost chains.

Chains that stretch, snag, or break due to pulling or external force are not considered defects.

While designed for everyday wear, permanent jewelry should be treated with care to preserve its longevity.

 

Do I need to make a booking?

To avoid wait times, we recommend booking an appointment. Walk-ins are always welcome.

 

What are the rules for booking?

Appointment deposits secure your booking time and are applied toward your purchase.

Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $20 cancellation fee.

 

How long does it take?

The weld itself takes less than 5 minutes. Choosing your chain and charms may take a little longer — and that’s the fun part

 

Minimum age requirement

Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

Refunds

All custom and permanent jewelry is final sale.

 

Medical needs

You may be required to remove jewelry during certain medical procedures such as MRIs or X-rays. Please consult your medical provider if removal is required.

 

What about airport security?

TSA does not require removal of fine jewelry. Your jewelry can travel with you wherever you go.
