Returns & Exchanges

At ANGEL RA, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love what you take home.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be in sellable condition.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Permanent jewelry

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Clearance merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom pieces

Jewelry Repairs & Care

We take pride in the quality of our jewelry and do not sell items in damaged condition.

If a jewelry item becomes damaged, we are happy to attempt a repair as a complimentary service when possible, especially for pieces created or customized in our store.

If a repair is not possible, we are unable to offer replacement or refund.

Our goal is always to support you and ensure a positive experience.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in sellable condition, and in original packaging.
Discounted, sale, and clearance items are final sale.

Jewelry Quality & Care
Each jewelry piece is carefully inspected and packaged with the highest level of quality control to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly:
• offer a complimentary repair when possible
• replace the item at no cost
• issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable
Damage that occurs after wear, improper care, or accidental snagging is not considered a manufacturing defect.
If your piece requires repair due to normal wear, we are happy to assess it and may be able to offer repair options.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, email angel@shopangelra.com with your order number.
We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order included free shipping, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery date.
We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or refund once the item is received.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery is outside our control. If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
