This chakra is associated with self-expression, speaking the truth, and listening. When the Throat Chakra is out of balance, it can be difficult to express your thoughts or personal truths and can contribute to communicative anxiety. The misalignment of this chakra may also manifest itself in physical aspects such as, a sore or raspy throat.
