About Labradorite

Labradorite is a feldspar mineral famous for labradorescence—the remarkable optical effect that causes brilliant color to appear and disappear as the stone is viewed from different angles. Light interacts with microscopic layers within the mineral, producing flashes that can range from vivid blue and green to gold, orange, and full-spectrum rainbow.
